Different Google PR results
Seems that there's conflicting PR results between one checker and another. For instance when I check a website using iwebtool, the result if showing PR 0 but when I confirm it with Google toolbar, the result is PR 2. Of course I would take the result of Google toolbar as final. I usually tell that to my customers in case I misjudged the results when both are using 2 different checker.

Yes even i have noticed that a couple of times. Its because of all those freebie scripts and selling of scripts. People dont kno what it is how it works and ether it shows any correct results?
They just buy it from somewhere and get it implemented to their site. I generally use smartpagerank. Could you confirm with it too if there are any differences as compared to the toolbar? Does the toolbar show backlinks and other details too?

Yeah I tried that as well. Google Toolbar shows PR2 of one of the site which I'm visiting while smartpagerank gave it a nil ranking. As I know the toolbar does not show any backlink stats.
