Adsense for searh box querry???

Ok what i wanted to know is that is it allowed by google to alter of change the sourse code of the adsense for search box generated whith adsense.

I actually wanted to modify it according to my site looks and colours but is that allowed?

Can it lead to any problems?

Yeah, I changed it on one of my blog. So far do not face any problem yet with google. The modification which I made, instead of showing "search www.xyz.com", I alter the code sentence to "here".

I think many people change it and i think its just fine. If some of you not sure about that you can ask Google adsense team about that first. I don't think we will have problem with this one. Try it..

Oh then its great. The normal search box looks too siple and does not attract myh people cos most of them know what it is.

May be using a web2.o button submit button and other formatting can help

How about removing the google logo there completely and using a self logo

Is that allowed?

Normal search box? i need to agree. Sometimes, i ask my friends to do some change about that. Just pay him 5 dollar usd. He will do a good job for me. Thanks to him because manage to help me. His job is good!

I think if you remove the Google logo that would be out of the boundary. They have reason to take action on you for this
I think changing size, alter the word including adding buttons are ok but not up to the extent of removing Google words.

Yap. I think its fine and not face any problem until today. As long its not break the TOS and rule. Its fine right?

It most likely would be in breach of TOS, when they give you the chance to use adsense (any form of) on your site it basically says:

1. You may not force people to click/use it
2. You may not trick people into clicking/using it
3. Altering codes to trick people into using it

You might not be tricking people, but in the end google wont look at it that way

Ya htats right. I did know about it. Thats why i wanted openions of other people here if they altered any of the codes.

But if they allowed then it would bre really good. Not just for clicks but also for the looks of the site.
