If yes them most of the times Google does have problems. Frankly speaking Google has problem with every sourses of artificial traffic generation. But then Alexa wour never mind it rather would appreciate it by imparting a better rank
May be you can try it initially without ads on it and once it gets a very good alexa you can put ads on it
