Thats very true. Now I realise that any software or script cannot actually quote a price of a fully developed site, but it can always quote the price for a domain depending on the traffic
PR and other statistics.
Just for an example, a software would most probably quote the same price for a simple design 5 to 10 page site aswell as a site which has high end graphics, animations and great layout.
So its like the rate is quoted dependig on the domain.
