Is it just me or is paypal a very biased system, especially if you are trading on on-line auction sites such as e-bay.

I recently stopped trading on e-bay after numerous customers in Europe demanded refunds for purchased items on the grounds that they felt they had paid too much money for the product. After I explained to these customers that that was what happens in an auction, they then claimed they had not received the items.

I entering the shipping codes onto Paypal thinking that would be the end of the problem, however I didnt realise that if after a few weeks the customer came back and cliamed they still hadnt recieved the item, paypal would automatically take the money outof your account.


Has this happened to anyone else?

Is there anything that can be done to stop it?
