In our next contest things are going to be a bit different.
We don't want everyone asking for a review for the contest, so we are asking for some prerequisites this time.

For the members that don't meet the requisites, we already have the sections you menioned, where they can submit their websites.
The diference is that those websites will not be reviewed in the contest, but in regular spontaneus posts.
