Let me share with you a true story and this is a one that happened to my friend. He went to a website (I will not name it here) and it's quite a popular one and there's the moderator who will also sell egold apart from running the forum. He actually paid the guy money to exchange for egold and the first 2 went smoothly. The 3rd exchange, after he paid the money using paypal there's not payment in egold.
Therefore, there's always a risk here if you want to do an exchange. This is just one of those of the countless cases that happened everyday. Just be careful.
