For me
PR sounds to be much more important. Once you have a good
PR automaticlly youll be getting good traffic and increasing your alexa. But this does not work viceversa like incase if you have a good alexa it does not mean youll hav a good
PR too. May work but not much.
Google i think counts for link popularity,backlinks,contents,keywords and many more things.
