Somehow ,its not about prestige anymore, its more about following your own dreams. I can say this because I had a very lucrative career as an HR manager in the IT industry, and everyone in my family thought I was crazy when I quit. But I like writing and right now things are tough, yet I prefer it to the job I was doing. I'd rather not be just a cog in the wheel anymore
