I think you are looking at the Advertiser thing out over there. I dont think they have any set up fees. Cos i just signed up last month and that to free.
Only thing what i found out there for what i havent used it yet is that " In order to get your commision paid you need to make 5 CC sales. 3 from Visa and 2 from Master "
Thats really unfair. I am planing wether to use them or not???
Any other good paying afiliate similar to them???
