What is mentioned by life31 is right. Basically both are more a less the same but if you have some knowledge in coding, using wordpress will be much easier. Hmmm...I think it's pretty straightforward, you only have to look for the theme directory located within your wp content directory, upload it and then activate from the admin panel. After that, use the view site at the top of the page and check how it looks like.
